Quoting the right information in your first message lets us resolve most issues in a single reply.

• Order question: your order number and the email address used at checkout.
• Return or exchange: your order number, the reason for the return, and photographs if the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Sizing question: the product name and the measurements you normally wear.
• Shipping question: your order number and the tracking number from your dispatch email.

Response Times

Email sent on a working day is answered within one business day. Messages that arrive over the weekend or on a public holiday are answered on the next working day. During seasonal sale periods the queue is longer, so allow up to two business days.
