Payment Methods

Accepted Payment Methods

• PayPal — pay from a PayPal balance, a linked bank account, or a card through PayPal checkout.
• Stripe — Stripe handles our card payments and supports most major debit and credit cards.
• Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted through Stripe.
• Zelle — available for customers with a United States bank account that supports Zelle.

How Card Payments Are Handled

Card information is entered on Stripe’s payment form and transmitted over an encrypted connection. We receive only a confirmation of payment and the last four digits of the card — the full card number, expiry date and security code are never sent to us or stored on our servers.

Currency and Charges

All prices on this site are shown in US dollars. If your card is issued in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. That fee is charged by your bank, not by us, and we cannot refund it.

When You Are Charged

Payment is taken when the order is placed. If an item turns out to be out of stock after you pay, we cancel that line and refund it in full to the original payment method.

Payment Security

This site runs over HTTPS, so the connection between your browser and our checkout is encrypted. We do not ask for card details by email or by direct message. If you receive a message claiming to be from us and requesting card information or a payment outside this checkout, treat it as fraudulent and report it to info@sp5derdrip.com.

If a Payment Fails

A declined payment usually means the card issuer blocked the transaction rather than a problem with the order. Check the billing address matches the one held by your card issuer, then try again or use a different method. An order is only created once payment is confirmed, so a failed attempt leaves no charge behind.
